- 6 oz Overproof Alcohol (Organic Cane 190 proof Alcohol)
- 9 oz Black Walnut Hull
- 3 oz Distilled Water

Mix Alcohol and Distilled water in a glass container
6 oz Overproof Alcohol (Organic Cane 190 proof Alcohol), 3 oz Distilled Water
If using fresh Black Walnut Hull rinse
9 oz Black Walnut Hull
Add Black Walnut Hull to mason jar
Pour in the diluted organic Alcohol mixture to the top of the mason jar
Close mason jar tight and shake
Place mason jar in a cool dry place for at least 2-3 weeks.
Shake jar every few days
Once completed strain out the nettle leaves with cheesecloth
Pour remaining tincture into droppler bottle. Store, Label and Date
